The Georgia State Lottery also offers Keno in a lottery ticket form, drawings are held every 4 minutes and this distinguishes The Georgia Lottery from other State Lotteries. GEORGIA LOTTERY COMMISION RULES AND REGULATIONS

The Georgia Lottery Commission was created in 1992 by The General Assembly of Georgia, their sole purpose being the regulation and overseeing of the Georgia State Lottery. Georgia Lottery Commission was created to serve the State of Georgia and maintain the ethics and standards that the State of Georgia demands in their lottery. Created separately from the Lottery Commission, Georgia Code, Title 50, Chapter 27, Article 1 delegates legislation pertaining too and authorizing the distribution of funds and the governance of the lottery ran and operated by GA State.

DISTRIBUTION OF GEORGIA LOTTERY FUNDS

Distribution of lottery proceeds from the Georgia Lotto are outlined in Title 50, Chapter 27, Article 1 of the 2010 Georgia Code and are as follows. 45% percent of annual funds shall be made available to lottery ticket winners. 50% percent of funds are made available to the (Helping Outstanding Pupils Educationally) Scholarship Program or HOPE Program. The Hope Program provides students with financial aid and eligible students can apply and may receive The HOPE Scholarship, The Hope Grant, and The Zell Miller Scholarship. Outstanding Students are awarded these Scholarships provided by The HOPE Scholarship Program and The Georgia State Lottery. Last but not least 5% percent of revenues will be put towards running and maintaining The Georgia Lottery, that is providing for their offices and maintaining and operating their licensing for the 8,200 Retailers across the State.

The Georgia Lottery brings you nine lottery drawing games and two dozen or so Instant Tickets or as they're sometimes called Scratch Tickets. LOTTTERY DRAWING TICKETS

Mega Millions, with the Megaplier add on option brought to you by The Georgia Lottery. Grand Prize's amount in the eight figures starting at $12 million and going into the hundred million range. CA$H 3, by the Georgia Lottery costs 50¢ or a $1.00 a Ticket and provides either Box or Straight Play Styles for 50¢ you have the chance at a $250 Jackpot for $1.00 dollar play you can win a Grand Prize of $500. With nine ways to win per ticket, per play, you could win. Drawings are held twice daily an afternoon and a night time drawing.

CA$H 4, from the GA Lotto, purchase price is 50¢ or a $1 dollar a play with seven consecutive plays per lottery slip. For a 50¢ Grand Prize Winner the prize is $2500 a $1.00 dollar Jackpot is $5000 dollars cash. CA$H 4 is considered a pick four lottery drawing ticket with drawings held two times a day once in the afternoon and later that night in the evening.

Georgia FIVE, Jackpot Prize for G5 is $10,000 dollars with odds of winning the 10 grand being one in one hundred thousand. Lotto Tickets cost $1.00 dollar a play, pick five numbers per ticket and hope luck smiles on you. Drawings are held twice a day, afternoon drawings are held at 12:29 PM and evening drawings at 6:59 PM.

Keno!, a 10 spot game match will win you $100,000 dollar Grand Prize. You may play a $1.00 dollar draw all the way up to $10.00 dollars per draw. With the Keno! Multiplier the Jackpot Prize tops out at five million dollars per draw.
