HOOSIER LOTTERY COMMISION AND LOTTERY REGULATIONS
The Indiana State Lottery Commission is made up of five commissioners appointed by the Governor of the Great State of Indiana, the commissioners oversee Laws regarding The Hoosier Lottery and advise the Executive Director on operations concerning The Hoosier Lotto. As a stipulation the commissioners may have no more than three members of the Indiana State Lottery Commission in the same Political Party. DISTRIBUTION OF INDIANA LOTTERY FUNDS
Since the beginning of the Indiana Lottery in 1989 over 8.6 billion has been distributed in total prize package payouts to Hoosier Lottery Winners. Total revenue or income Indiana has received since The Hoosier Lotteries creation in 89' is upwards of $4 billion dollars. The total sum of money given since 1989 to the Build Indiana Fund is $2.8 billion dollars. Money allotted to The Teachers Retirement Fund is near $700 million. Firefighters and Policemen Pension and Disability Fund has received almost $500 million dollars since 1989. Other funding designated for facilities not mentioned is near $2 million. And total Commission's given to Retailers is almost $1 billion dollars cash. For the 2011 year almost $500 million went to Prize Winners across the State, $35 million dollars went to Pension and Disability Funds for Policemen, and another $35 Million went to Pension and Disability Funds for Firefighters for the year of 2011. $160 million dollars is donated to The Building Indiana Fund and $56 million dollars is distributed to Retailers from all around the State of Indiana in the form of Commissions for winning lottery tickets sold in the year 2011.

LOTTERY DRAWING TICKETS
Powerball, with the Power Play option available. Powerball Tickets cost $2.00 dollars apiece and the Power Play costing $1.00 dollar extra.
