In the 2007 year The Idaho State lottery changed its Ticket Vendors for its Instant Tickets to Scientific Games, Inc. and its Online Vendors to INTRALOT, USA. IDAHO LOTTERY COMMISSION RULES AND REGULATIONS

The Idaho State Lottery has a ruling Commission otherwise known as The Idaho Lottery Commission, with five commissioners one commissioner appointed Chairman of the five and four other lottery commissioners. The commissioners are overseen by The Idaho Department of Administration, Office of the Administrative Rules Coordinator, defined under IDAPA 52 Idaho State Lottery Commission and details are located in Codes 52.01.01, 52.01.02, and 52.01.03. With both of these sets of Codes The Idaho Lottery upholds its good standing in the public and in the business world where ethics alone controls the figures of sales. The Idaho Lottery Commission is directly responsible for the sales of their lottery tickets and the reputation of the lottery itself, with the power to license Retailers and set Codes of Conduct regulating The Idaho State Lottery.

DISTRIBUTION OF IDAHO LOTTERY FUNDS

The Idaho Lottery reported since its creation that it has had $2.1 billion dollars in sales. The Idaho Lottery also reported that since 1989 it has returned $510 million dollars to the people of Idaho. Public Schools in the State receive 60% percent of total revenues generated by The Idaho Lottery, the other 40% percent is divided between Awards for Winners, the Permanent Building Fund and the Bond Levy Equalization Fund, also Retailer Commissions are included. For the 2010 Fiscal Year $147.2 million dollars was made for sales, and for the 2009 Fiscal Year $140 million dollars was sold for the year. In 2009 a payment of $35,000,000 was given to the people of Idaho as the sixth Dividend Payment and two Dividend Payments have been made since the latest being the 2011 payment of $37,000,000 given back to the people of Idaho.

LOTTERY DRAWING TICKETS

Powerball, brought to from the Idaho Lottery costs only $2.00 a ticket with the $1.00 power play option. Powerball's Jackpot starts at $40,000,000 million dollars and incrementally increases from there. The odds of winning the Top Jackpot Prize in Powerball are one in one hundred and seventy five million. Drawings are aired Wednesday and Saturday evening at 8:59 PM Mountain Time.

Mega Millions, provided by the Idaho Lottery costs $1.00 a ticket with the $1.00 Megaplier add on, Jackpots begin at $12,000,000 million dollars and get larger from their. Odds of winning the Grand Prize in Mega Millions are one in one hundred and seventy six million that you will win. Drawings are held every Friday and Tuesday at 9:00 PM MT.

Hot Lotto Sizzler, is a lottery drawing game that's brought to you by the Idaho Lottery. Hot Lotto Sizzler is a $2.00 lottery ticket altogether with the Hot Lotto costing $1.00 and the Sizzler costing another dollar. Hot Lotto Sizzler Grand Prize starts in the seven figures and increases with every draw, odds of winning the Grand Prize are near one in eleven million. Drawings are held Wednesday and Saturday at 8:59 PM.

Wild Card 2, is a $1.00 dollar lottery game sold by The Idaho Lottery with two plays available per ticket costing a dollar a play. Jackpots can amount in the six figures with odds of winning Wild Card 2 being near one in one million three hundred sixty thousand. Drawings are aired Wednesday and Saturday evenings at 8:59 PM.

Pick 3, is considered a pick three lottery drawing game for a $1.00 play the Jackpot amount is $500 for the $2.00 play the Jackpot doubles to $1000.
