I was contacted by Telephone 1/13/06, that I had won @2.5 million US dollars by a firm known as "Winners International Network". Their phone number is 876-359-9773, and the address I was given to send $275.00 storage fee (to take this check out of storage) is Westgreen Montegobay , Jamaica W.I.
Gullible as I am I used Western Union to send them this money. After the 4 hours they said it would take me to recieve the money , they call me instructing me to send $350.00 more for a delivery fee. At this time the thought ran through my thick skull that I had been had. I did not and have not sent anymore money.
Today I called the number 876-359-9773 ext. 200 and talked with Mr. Miller. He informed me that he was still holding my file #SA-38-838 , and check and when I sent the $350.00 he would release the $2.5 million dollar check. I informed him that I would like to do some checking to verify his company and he graciously provided me with the Better Business Breau's phone number which I called (876-358-5445). I was informed by the so called BBB that this company was an old and good company that distributed money to people who had won lotteries from all over the country, and that I should do as they ask and send them any money they request, so they could send me the money I had won. I felt at that time that I was talking to someone who had been coached to say what needed to be said to get me to believe in this hoax. Hoax or not a hoax I would appreciate any information you have regarding the "Winners International Network associated with the Austrialan National Lottery"
The address that I stupidly sent via Wester Union was to "Mark Chin" Westgreen Montegobay Jamaica, WI.
My name is Stan Austin, I would appreciate any information you can furnish. Please except in advance my THANKS for your attention.
