I have received 2 in the last 2 days. Thesesay they are approved by your organization. If I could be that lucky in the regular lottery that I play here in the states life would be wonderful. But I tend to believe that these are scams looking for email and names. I sure would appreciate an explanation of my fabulous lucky streak.
