I am the LOTTERY GUY.
Thats not my real name, of course, but it will do for now. I have been involved in and written about the lottery business in the United States and around the world for more than 10 years. I have been on CNN as a lottery expert. I have worked with the POWERBALL and MEGA MILLIONS organizations and individual lotteries in Maryland, Connecticut, Washington D.C., California and Wisconsin. I am an insider, and I will try to give you lottery tips to help you win top lottery prizes, but I dont promise miracles. I am not a systems expert. I am not a mathematician. I am simply an observer. And a player.
