We have had one complaint of non-payment of winnings on Cash-Giveaway.com. The complaint has not been verified and the information given was not enough to pull the site in our opinion. But we are giving a warning regardless. Here is the anonymous complaint in it's entirety. This lottery is a rip off. I won 100.00 2 years ago and have never been paid. Most of the so called 'sponsors' don't even know that they are sponsoring a lottery. Please feel free to post your opinion or experience with Cash-Giveaway.com
