This comes in the form of the hockey net. As a wild icon, this one will substitute for all other symbols on the reels in order to create winning combinations. The only exceptions to this rule are the scatter, freespins and bonus icons. If you manage to bring five wild icons into view on a winning bet line, you will receive a stake multiplier of times 10,000.

The game’s scatter symbol is represented by its own logo. Scatter offerings have the unique ability of providing a pay out wherever they show up on the reels. Five of them in view across the screen will ensure that you receive a pay out of 125 times your wager.

There’s also the inclusion of the freespins symbols, of which there are two. These change depending upon the teams that you have chosen to be in play. The freespins icons are present in the form of the playing teams’ flags. If either of these icons shows up on reels one and five, the freespins round will begin. One point to make about the two different hockey teams, is that they pay out differently too. The team on display at the left side of the reels, will only form wins from the leftmost reel and onwards. Meanwhile, the opposite is true of the other team, paying from the rightmost reel and towards the left.

The game also incorporates something known as the Pass the Puck bonus round. You’ll need to bring the puck icon into view to activate this. If it shows up on reel two with a left side team member to its immediate left, it will begin. Likewise, if it shows up on reel four with a right side team member to its immediate right, the same will occur. The round sees the puck passed between all of the player’s team members appearing on the reels. You will win a triple multiplier to your bet for every player that touches the puck!
