Fantastic Fruit Slots

Hats off to Rival Gaming for coming up with a positive and upbeat name for what is in fact one of the simplest 3-reel slots in their entire range. As you might have guessed, the symbols on the reels are fruits, and just in case you missed the point – a lot of the space on the screen is taken up by fruit too. Not all of those fruits in the graphic are included on the reels, perhaps they were not deemed fantastic enough? This is a lower variance slot than some of the other 3 reel titles from Rival. The top win is just 400 coins for a 3 coin spin. I found a lot of smaller wins hitting, as well as the occasional mid-sized one which resulted in an animation of one fruit or another rolling across the bottom of the screen.

Unusually, the pay table is above the reels on the right hand side of the screen, rather than on the left for this game. This includes the logo which is a plain yellow colour with a little foliage behind it. Your eyes are instantly drawn to the graphic of the fruit on the left hand side, with the bright yellow of the banana standing out vividly. There is also a pineapple, kiwi and what could be a mango in this collection.

The reels are in their usual spot for Rival Gaming 3-reelers. This is on the bottom right. While these are curved and have some basic light effects, the graphics are fairly basic compared to some other games from Rival. You’ll find lemons, apples, plums, Cherries and single bars on the reels. Underneath the reels are the standard controls for these slots, allowing you to set your coin size, number of coins and at some casinos even choose your own lucky charm symbol while you spin.

There is an indistinct tune playing in the background. This sounds a little like one of those pre-set options from 1980’s electronic keyboards. When you hit the spin button you will get a computerized whirr noise and beeps as the symbols land.
